下一代电化学储能技术国际发展态势分析

摘 要:全球碳中和大背景下,国际能源格局从化石能源绝对主导朝着低碳多能融合发生转变,储能技术作为
推动可再生能源从替代能源走向主体能源的关键技术越来越受到业界高度关注。对比分析了美国、欧盟、日本
等主要国家和地区的电化学储能技术战略布局、项目部署和重点示范项目情况。随着我国承诺 2030 碳达峰、
2060 碳中和目标,我国政府对电化学储能技术的开发日益重视,先后出台一系列支持政策,启动重大研发项目
开展技术研究,并部署了一批电化学储能示范工程。然而,我国虽然在电化学储能制造技术上努力追赶欧、美、
日、韩等先进技术国家,但对储能电池机理研究、技术突破以及关键材料制造上距离技术发达国家仍有一定差
距,多种类型电化学储能技术的示范应用才刚刚起步。因此,需进一步从顶层设计、技术研发、产业布局和基
础设施建设等多方面采取措施,加快实现下一代新型电化学储能技术的大范围应用,促进能源高效利用、多能
融合互补,构建清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源格局。

International development trend analysis of the next
generation electrochemical energy storage technology

Abstract: In the context of global carbon neutrality, the international energy pattern is
changing from the absolute dominance of fossil energy to the integration of low-carbon and
multi-energy. Energy storage technology, as a key technology to promote the transformation of
renewable energy from alternative energy to main energy, has attracted more and more
attention from the industry. This paper analyzes the strategic layout, project deployment and
key demonstration projects of electrochemical energy storage technology in the United States,
the European Union, Japan and other major countries and regions. With China's commitment
to carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060, the Chinese government has paid
increasing attention to the development of electrochemical energy storage technology, issued
a series of supporting policies, launched major research and development projects to carry out
technical research, and deployed several demonstration projects for electrochemical energy
storage. However, although China has made efforts to catch up with advanced technology
countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea in electrochemical
energy storage manufacturing technology, there is still a certain gap between China and
developed countries in terms of energy storage battery mechanism research, technological
breakthrough and key material manufacturing, and the demonstration and application of
various types of electrochemical energy storage technology has just started. Therefore, it is
necessary to take further measures from the aspects of top-level design, technology research
and development, industrial layout and infrastructure construction to accelerate the wide
application of next-generation new electrochemical energy storage technology, promote
