摘 要低碳化经济发展是国际社会普遍关心的重大全球性问题低碳既是环境问题也是发
展问题但归根到底是发展问题能源发展也已进入以低碳化为主要特征的大变革大调整时期
低碳能源技术是有助于降低经济发展对生态系统碳循环的影响而实现碳中性的技术作为低碳经
济的基础是国际贸易和技术竞争的焦点其主体是低碳能源技术在我国面临着以高碳能源为
主的能源结构与绿色低碳发展迫切需求之间的巨大矛我国的能源消费结构和产业结构都是
高碳性的今后几十年也难以得到根本性转变为保障我国合理性的发展空间应理智慎重看待低
碳经济当前的首要任务是积极发展低碳技术和绿色技术两者概念上虽有差异但工作方向一致
作者通过分析国家经济的产业结构和能源消费特认为在我国发展低碳能源技术势在必行
为低碳经济的核心低碳能源技术涵盖了从可再生能源利用新能源技术化石能源高效洁净利用
温室气体控制和处理以及节能等领域对我国而发展低碳经济和低碳能源技术的实质是
再生能源的开发和化石能源的洁净高效利用特别是以煤为主的能源结构和以重化工业为主的产
业结构决定了我国目前发展低碳能源技术重点在于煤炭的洁净高效转化利用和节能减排技术
者认为由于中国城市化率的日益增大和城市对能源的大量需求低碳技术的应用将充分展示城市
美好未来的前景提供实现城市美好未来的最佳选择

Abstract:Low-carbon development is a major issue of common concern to the international
communityIt is an issue involving both environment and developmentbut it ultimately comes
down to be an issue of developmentEnergy used for the economic development is undergoing a
great revolution era mainly represented with low-carbon featuresThe development of low-carbon
energy technologies will contribute to the reduction of CO2emission and the impact of the eco-
nomic development on carbon cycling in the ecosystemso that carbon neutrality will be main-
tainedLow-carbon technologies as the basis of low-carbon economic development are the focus of
international trade and technology competition with low-carbon technology as the main part

fundamental shift to happen in decadesEnough importance should be attached to low-carbon e-
conomy so as to maintain the reasonable development potentials in China.The primary task is to
actively develop the low carbon and green technologiesAlthough these are two different con-
ceptstheir objectives are in full accordIn this paperby analyzing the characteristics of Chinese
industrial structure and the energy consumption structurewe found it is imperative to develop
low carbon energy technologieswhichas the core part of low-carbon economyhave a wide
range involving renewable energy applicationnew energy technologyefficient utilization of fos-
sil energycontrol and dispose of the greenhouse gasesand energy saving etc.For our country
the nature of low-carbon economy and low-carbon energy technology development is the explora-
tion of renewable energyand clean and efficient application of fossil energyDetermined by the
energy structure based on coal and the industrial structure based on heavy industrythe key task
in developing low-carbon at present lies in the clean and efficient coal conversion and application
as well as energy conservation and emission reduction technologiesThe rapid expansion of city in
China results in an increase of energy demandsIt is concluded that the application of low-carbon
technologies will fully display a bright future of citiesand serve as a perfect choice for the cities
in the realization of an even better future.
